RRB Group D Recruitment: Know the PET exam criteria for selected male and female candidates in CBT
Railways Recruitment Board is all set to release the results of Group D exam very soon on its region based official website today (16th February). Therefore, all the aspirants should keep their eyes on the website of RRB because results may release anytime now.
Candidates who will qualify their first stage Computer-based test (CBT) of Group D will be eligible for the next stage examination i.e. Physical Endurance Test (PET) examinations.
After the announcement of the results of Group D exam, the admit cards for the PET exam likely to be released after a week.
Before appearing for the examination, it is necessary that each and every candidate who will appear for the PET exam should know the eligibility criteria of the next stage exam.
However, the eligibility criteria for the PET will be different for male and female candidates.
Know the criteria:
For male candidates:
A selected candidate who will appear for the PET exam will have to lift and carry 35 kilograms of weight for a distance of 100 metres in two minutes in one chance without putting the weight down. Also, candidates will have have to run for a distance of 1000 metres in four minutes and 15 seconds.
For female candidates:
They will have to lift and carry 20 kilograms of weight for a distance of 100 m in two minutes without putting weight down. Women candidates will also have to run for 1000 metres in five minutes and 40 seconds.
However, only one attempt will be given for male and female candidates. The hall tickets for the PET exam will be released separately.
