Indian Railways Recruitment 2019: Good news! New vacancies released for Clerk, JE and other posts; here’s how to apply

A new job opportunity has released by Indian Railways for the aspirants on the multiple posts like Clerk, JE, Goods Guard and for other posts on the official website of East Coast Railway.

Therefore, candidates who are thinking to build their career in Railways then here’s an opportunity for them to apply for the post before the application window closed.

As per the notification, there is a total of 310 vacancies that have been released in the latest notification released by Railways for the positions like Jr. Clerk-cum-Typist, Technician-III, Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, JE/Civil, JE/Mech, JE/Elect, JE/S&T.

Age Limit:

For General category:

The age limit to apply for the posts is 42 years

For OBC category:

The maximum age limit is 45 years

For SC/ST category:

Candidates up to 47 years can apply for the Railway jobs

Selection Procedure:

The selection of candidates will be based on the performance in Computer Based Test (CBT).

Important dates to remember:

• Application process begins: 15th April 2019
• Last date to apply: 14th May 2019 till 23:59 hrs.
