India Postal Service Recruitment 2019: Apply for MTS and various posts, click to know the vacancy detail

Indian Postal Service has issued notifications for recruitment for various posts. This opening is for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), Postman/Mail Guard. The candidates who are 10th pass can apply also for both these vacancies. Interested candidates can apply online by logging at the Postal Department's official website till February 28, 2019. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and their posting will be done in Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle.

Posts:

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), Postman / Mail Guard

Pay scale:

Candidates selected for the post of MTS will get a salary of Rs.18000 / - per month.

Postman / Mail Guard will get a salary of Rs. 21700 per month

Age criteria:

To apply for MTS posts, the minimum age of the candidate must be 18 years and the maximum age is 25 years.

For the postman/mail guard, the age limit of 18 to 27 years has been set.

Candidates of OBC class will be given 3 years of age and SC / ST candidates will be given 5 years' exemption.

Number of Posts: 68 Posts

MTS-46 post and postman / mail guard- 22 posts

Educational Qualification:

In order to apply for these posts, candidates need to have minimum 10th pass or ITI from the recognized institution/board. Along with this, basic computer operating should also have knowledge.

Application fee:

Applicants of general and OBC class will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 and applicants of SC / ST / PWD class have to pay Rs. 100 fee.
