IBPS PO Prelims Result 2017: Results of the probationary officers to be announced soon; here's how to check

The result of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Probation Officer (PO) and Management Trainee (MT) that was conducted from 7th October to 15th October will be announced soon.

According to the reports, the results of the examination is expected to be declared in the first week of November. The expected date for the result is 4th of November.

Significantly, the prelims examinations were conducted on 07. Oct.2017, 08.Oct.2017 and 14.Oct.2017 and 15. October 2017. Those candidates, who will qualify in the prelim examinations, will be eligible to sit in main exams.

Selected candidates will be able to download their Call Letter / Admit Card for the main exam in November 2017.

The main online examination will be held on 26.11.2017 and the results are expected to be announced by December 2017.

Step 2: Click on the link for result.

Step 3: Enter required details.

Step 4: Result of the candidates will be displayed.

Step 5: View result.

Step 6: Download the result sheet.

Step 7: Take a printout.

For final interview, the Call letter / admit card will be issued till January 2018 to selected candidates. In 2016, 48500 candidates were shortlisted for the interview round and one third of them (16721 candidates) had been chosen for the final selection.

In 2015, 40763 candidates have been shortlisted for the interview round and 12434 candidates get the jobs.

Approximately, 20 lac people will apply for IBPS PO VI Recruitment and 4 lac students will clear prelims and only 38k students will be selected for interviews. The number of candidates applied in 2017 is yet to be ascertained.
