After the end of the 12th Board examinations, students get stressed as to in which university they should take their admission in. Many universities claim to be the best in delivering the best education, facilities and exposure to the children so that they can face the real world and one amongst the many is Delhi University, that has made its name because of the service that it provides to the children from many years and for all the aspirants, we have a good news that the registration for the admission process has begun.
This year too the online registration for the admission to many Ph.D, M.Phil, postgraduate and undergraduate courses for the academic session of 2018-19 will take place and will begin from May 15. Last year during the registration process, the students faced a lot of technical glitches as the official website of the university went down many times.
Talking about the same, Ashutosh Bharadwaj, the Officer on Special Duty (Admission) said, “We have opened all tabs and ensuring zero technical glitches.”
The registration for both merit-based and entrance-based courses will take place at the same time while the first cut-off for the merit-based courses might come out on June 19, 2018 and after that the further cut-offs will follow.
The link for the registration will be available on the official website of the University while the registration will begin from 6PM today. Meanwhile, check out all the necessary documents that will be needed during the same:
1. Passport size photograph of the applicant.
2. Scanned signature of the applicant
3. Self attested copy of Class X Board Certificate (for the date of birth)
4. Self attested Class XII Marks-Sheet, if result is announced. (In case Mark-Sheet is not issued by the Board then the self attested copy of the Mark-Sheet downloaded from the respective boards' website should be uploaded).
5. Self attested copy of SC/ST/OBC/PwD/KM/CW Certificate, if applicable.
6. Self attested copy of income certificate (for OBC non-creamy layer) Certificate, if applicable.
7. Self attested copy of Sport Certificate(s) for last three years, if applicable.
8. Self attested copy of Extra Curricular Activities Certificate(s), if applicable
