DPL Recruitment 2018: Apply for the post of Library and Information Assistants before the last date; check out the details

The Delhi Public Library has released the job opportunity for the post of Library and Information Assistants. So, candidates who are having the interest in the post can visit the official website of DPL.

According to the official notification, candidates can apply for the post of Library and Information Assistants. Candidates are advised to submit their online application form before 22nd October 2018 at www.dpl.gov.in.

DPL has invited application forms to fill 6 vacancies for the different categories.

• For unreserved category, there are 3 seats available for the post.
• For other backward class categories, DPL has released 2 seats.
• For Schedule caste, there are only 1 seat for the post of Library and Information Assistants

Know the Eligibility criteria:

Candidates must have a bachelor degree in M Lib Science or Master Degree with B Lib Science or Bachelor’s Degree with B Lib Science and also have the minimum 2 years experience in the same field.

Application fee:

• General/OBC: Rs 300
• SC/ST: Rs150

Age limit:

Candidates who wanted to apply for the post should not exceed the age limit of 35 years. While the age relaxation will be followed as per the norms are given on the official website of Delhi Public Library.
