DMRC Recruitment 2019: Check 1492 vacancies selection procedure and other details

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has started an application process for the post of executive and non-executive posts on December 14, 2019. If you haven’t applied for the posts and planning to apply then know some important details regarding this DMRC recruitment 2019-20.

As per the notification, the last date to apply for 1492 vacancies is January 13, 2020. Therefore, aspirants are advised not to wait for the last date of registration.

Out of the total 1492 vacancies, 929 posts are released for regular non-executive, 398 for contractual mom executive posts, 105 contractual executive posts and 60 regular executive posts.

Check DMRC Educational Qualification:

Candidates who hold the degree of an engineer or those having a diploma in engineering can apply for the vacancies. Also, for other posts candidates should hold a degree in architecture, law or BSc IT. For some posts work, the experience is also required which can be checked at DMRC official website.

For stenographer posts, candidates having a degree of three-year graduation course in any discipline with typing and shorthand skills can apply.

Selection Procedure:

• For Executive cadre posts- There will be a CBT (two papers), Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Medic examination
• For Stenographer- CBT (2 papers), skill test (qualifying only), medical examination
• For Maintainers posts: CBT (one paper), medical examination
• For Non-profit Executive posts – Candidates will have to appear for CBT (two papers), medical examination.
• For Customer Relations Assistant: CBT (2 papers), psycho test (qualifying only), medical examination.

Training and Probation:

Candidates who will qualify the exam will have to undergo training. The duration of training varies from post to post. The candidates will be under a probation period of two years.

Application Fee:

• UR, EWS, OBC – Rs. 500/-
• SC, ST, PWBD – Rs. 250/-
