Eligibility Criteria Required for Assistant Public Prosecutor Posts:
Candidates who hold the degree of Bachelor’s in any subject along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law awarded by Indian University, established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or of any institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification.
The candidates who have passed five year course in law after intermediate are also eligible years experience in Fire Fighting and Rescue Operations.
Applicants candidate should have practised as an advocate for not less than three (3) years active practice in Criminal Courts in the State as on the date of notification.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit required to apply for the position is 42 years. While other benefits regarding age criteria will be given as per government norms.
Selection Procedure for Assistant Public Prosecutor Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination.
