Delhi man called outside house, stabbed to death by neighbour
In a shocking incident of crime reported from the national capital, a man was stabbed to death allegedly by his neighbour on Sunday.
The horrifying act transpired from Delhi’s Sangam Vihar locality. The cops were alerted about the incident at around 7.30 pm on Sunday.
The victim has been identified as Imran. He was straight away taken to AIIMS trauma centre where he succumbed to his injuries in the time of treatment. Police said they have identified the accused after looking at the CCTV recording.
A case of murder has been lodged at Neb Sarai police station under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to police, the investigation is underway and efforts are on to nab the accused neighbour. The family of the victim (Imran) said he was having dinner when he was called by someone outside the house.
In another incident, a 28-year-old man was beaten to death by few people who suspected that he was a mobile phone thief. The incident happened at Nihal Vihar area of Delhi on October 12.
The police got a phone call from a man who alerted them that a person’s dead body was lying on the road which had caused disruption in traffic movement. The deceased victim was identified as Gagandeep, aged 28, who previously worked as a driver but was currently without any job.
Some witnesses of the crime claimed that Gagandeep was fastened to a pole and beaten up by some people over suspicion that he was stealing their mobile phones after entering their houses.
