According to the National Park Service, the famous cherry bloosoms in Washington, D.C has arrived and the view mesmerizing.

The blossoms started on Thursday, the agency informed on its “Bloom Watch” site. The length of the blooming period will vary according to the weather conditions.

National Park Service spokesman Mike Litterst said, “Best viewing of the trees will be for the next four to seven days, but they can last for up to two weeks under ideal conditions, such as cool temperatures to slow the progress from flowers to leaves, and a lack of high winds or heavy rains to bring the petals down."

According to the National Park Service, if the condition remains normal then the trees can hold their blossoms for up to two weeks.
