WATCH: Pakistan's Azhar Ali gets run-out in the most funniest way of cricket history

On Day 3 of the second Test between Australia and Pakistan being played at Abu Dhabi, middle-order batsman Azhar Ali got run-out in a bizzare and comical way. This is one of the most foolish run-out in the history of International cricket.

In 53rd over of the 2nd innings of Pakistan, Ali was batting at 64, when he edged a ball by Australia's Siddle and assumed that it was going for a four and decided to get involved in a discussion with his partner Asad Shafiq but surprisingly the ball stopped just behind the boundary rope and was picked up by Australian pacer Mitchell Starc, the left hander quickly threw the ball towards the skipper and wicket-keeper Tim paine, who dismissed Ali.

The run-out left everyone on Twitter laughing as some described it as their favorite run-out ever.

Despite two quick dismissals in the first session of Day 3, Pakistan extend their lead over Australia to 300 runs. Haris Sohail was the other batsman that Pakistan lost in the same innings.
