U-19 World Cup: Indian origin Jason Sangha cricketer to head Australian team, Steve Waugh's son in squad

Till now Australia has been such a team where the population of Indian origin is good, but in the team of cricket, Indian players are rarely found. About two years ago, Indian-origin Gurinder Sandhu had played cricket at the international level for Australia team.

Now another Indian-origin is going to be seen playing in Kangaroo team. Although this team is Australia's junior team, the special thing is that this Indian-origin cricketer has been given the command of the kangaroo team. Indian origin player Jason Sangha has been announced captain of the Australian team for Under-19 World Cup.

Jason recently scored a century against England while playing for Cricket Australia XI. He became the youngest batsman in Australia to score a century in first-class cricket. Jason preferred cricket on football in July this year and signed a deal with Victoria.

There is another player in this team who is drawing everyone's eyes, the player is Austin Waugh, son of former captain Steve Waugh. Cricket Australia's Chief Executive Officer James Sutherland's son Will Sutherland has been made the vice-captain of the team. Former Australian fast bowler Ryan Harris will be the main coach of the team while former opener Chris Rogers will be in the role of assistant coach.
