Pakistan's Shoaib Akhtar has this to say about MS Dhoni amid Army insignia controversy
When the entire cricket community is busy talking about MS Dhoni and the controversy surrounding him, former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar has something good to say about the Indian wicket-keeper batsman. The Rawalpindi Express has described Dhoni as someone who is faster than a computer.
Shoaib specifically praised Dhoni’s cricketing judgment on his Youtube channel. Ever since the World Cup has begun, Shoaib has been making predictions on his Youtube channel. He correctly predicted Pakistan’s victory over world’s number one ODI team England.
Shoaib also came in support of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Indian team when rumours about ‘pitch-fixing’ started doing rounds. After India defeated South Africa in their first World Cup match there were rumours that BCCI has manipulated pitch in India’s favour. Shoaib rejected the news saying that it is impossible to manipulate wickets in England.
Dhoni playing against South Africa made a sensible partnership of 74 runs with Rohit Sharma when India was 3 wickets down. Dhoni’s knock of 34 runs came at a crucial stage when India needed some runs without losing wickets.
India will now play against Australia on June 9 at Kennington Oval in London. India will then play against New Zealand on June 13 and will meet their arch-rival Pakistan on June 16,
