Sunrises Hyderabad that made back to back in the finals in 2018 is going to start their season by playing the first match today on 24th March. The team will play against Kolkata Knight Riders in their first match and the intersting thing is that captain of SRH, David Warner is back.
SRH won the title in 2016 in the captaincy of David Warner, and he was also the most runner in the season 2017. Then he didn't play in the year 2018 after Cricket Australia banned the player for a year in ball tampering scandal in South Africa. Not just him, his alongside player and captain Steve Smith also is making a comeback to the tournament.
The interesting thing is that the match will be played on the same date when the case of ball tampering came in limelight. Actually, it was 24th March 2018 when the ball tampering scandal came into the limelight and now after a year on the same date, David Warner will be making comeback to cricket.
Now there will be much hope on the cricketers as they are coming back after a year and they are the key players for Australia. However, the former opening batsman of Australia, Mathew Hayden said that if Smith and Warner won't play good in IPL even after that they will be chosen for world cup team.
