Rohit Sharma, Gautam Gambhir, Manish Pandey and Ajinkya Rahane are among the Indian cricketers who tops the list of getting out at duck for most number of times in the Indian Premier League. Harbhajan Singh leads the chart with his 13 golden ducks from 149 IPL matches.
Rohit Sharma, Gautam Gambhir, Manish Pandey, Parthiv Patel and Piyush Chawla all shares the second spot as they got out for zero in 12 matches. Indian bowler Amit Mishra who have taken three hat-tricks in IPL also features in the list as he got out for a duck in 10 matches.
Ajinkya Rahane and Ambati Rayudu are also in the list as they have got out for a duck in 10 matches. Former team India seamer Pavin Kumar is last on the list as he got out for a golden duck in 9 matches in the IPL.
The dates for 2019 edition of Indian Premier League has been announced by the organisers. Defending champions Chennai Super Kings will play Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore in the opener on March 23 in Chennai’s Chepauk Stadium.
However, the dates announced are only for first seventeen matches, where each team will play a minimum of 4 matches each while Delhi and Bangalore will play five matches. Every team will play two away and two home matches with Delhi playing three home matches and Bangalore playing three away games.
