The second match of the IPL 2018's fist inning match has ended and the excitement around the tournament has emerges all-time high. The second inning is going to start in just a few minutes and Gambhir's army is all ready to take on Kings XI Punjab. KXIP chased 166 runs in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets and set a target of 167 runs in front of its opponent Delhi Daredevils. Gambhir's Chris Morris scored not out 27 runs.

Talking about the batsmanship of Delhi Daredevil's captain Gautam Gambhir and gave a justified performance y hitting 5 fours and 1 sixes in the first inning of the second match while Rishabh Pant also hit out 4 fours and 1 sixer and both the cricketer were out by Delhi's Mujeed.
The Kings XI Punjab's skipper, R Ashwin like a king has won the toss and elected to bowl first. The defending champions Delhi Daredevils are also studded with a quality squad that can put up a strong performance to against side. The Gambhir's team got to bat first.
Kings XI Punjab head coach Brad Hodge feels that presence of multiple superstars makes their team a "dangerous unit". "If you look at the difference of this side compared to the past squads, I think there is definitely a rise in standard. We've got a lot of superstars, a lot of match-winners, which makes our team extremely dangerous, which should be good for future," said Hodge, prior to their opening encounter against Delhi Daredevils.
