1. Lowest Score in the History of IPL
The incident went down the history books when Royal Challengers Banglore while chasing a target of 132 were bowled out at a total of just 48 runs. Three players couldn't score a single run and none of them could get a double-digit score. The score is till date the lowest in the history of IPL. RCB faced a shameful debacle and lost the match by 82 runs.
2. Most expensive over by a bowler
IPL is more about stopping the opposition from scoring the runs than scoring the runs itself. It was 2011 IPL match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kochi Tuskers. Chasing a modest target of 126, Chris Gayle came to his destructive best in the third over of the innings when he smashed Prasant Parameswaran for an unbelievable 37 runs in a single over.
3.Most runs conceded by a bowler
It is Ishant Sharma who conceded whopping 66 runs in just 4 overs playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. The spell is not only the most in the IPL but also one of the worst bowling performances in the histoy of T20 matches.
4.Most extras in an over
Deccan Chargers hold the record of gifting most extras to its opponents, bowled in a match (28) against KKR in 2008.
5. Most losses in the IPL
When it comes to losing matches in IPL, nobody knows it better than Daredevils. The franchise bears
the record of losing most matches (82) in 10 seasons. Delhi has also never reached the final of IPL.
