After the poor performance of Virat Kohli's men, England dismissed the visitors for 130 and won the second Test by an innings and 159 runs at Lord's.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli has slipped back down behind former Australian skipper Steve Smith into second spot in the ICC Test Batting Rankings following their heavy defeat at Lord's.
Virat Kohli slipped back to the second spot on Monday with 919 points after low scores at Lord's cost him 15 points.
England completed a crushing innings and taken a 2-0 lead in the five-match series. England's pacer James Anderson took 4/23 to finish with nine wickets and Stuart Broad scalped with 4/44 in the second Test match as India were bowled out for 130.
