Saurashtra Batsman Sheldon Jackson threw doubts on the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) for apparently not selecting any Saurashtra and other small state cricketers in India A squad regardless of featuring in the Ranji Trophy final.
Jackson also went on to post the statistics of leading run getters and wicket takers in Ranji. The 32 year old further demanded transparency from BCCI.
Saurashtra batsman’s followers and few fellow cricketers including Manoj Tiwary picked up the tabs for the cricketer on Twitter.
Nevertheless, Jackson took a swing at a troll fror his irksome tweet. The troll picked out on Indian cricketer KL Rahul who has not been in good form lately and cited his friendship with actress and Indian captain Virat Kohli’s other half Anushka Sharma.
The 32-year-old responded to the troll stating that he should learn some manners and keep families away from cricketing issues.
Sheldon Jackson, who also played for Kolkata Knight Riders cumulated 854 runs in the last Ranji season but was over looked for the recently concluded Duleep Trophy and India A squad for the ongoing unofficial Test series.
