Virat Kohli's led Indian cricket team is all set to clinch the series ahead of England Tests.
In England there will be the tough competition between with bat and ball. Virat Kohli's record against James Anderson is not enough good.
The 35-year-old England veteran pacer James Anderson had a very good record against Indian skipper Virat Kohli.
Anderson dismiss Kohli four times in six innings when India visited England in year 2014. However, when England visited India he never bowled Virat Kohli.
In his Test career Virat Kohli played 66 Tests games he scored 5554 runs with an average of 53.50. He smashed 21 tons in his career. While James Anderson scalped 540 wickets in 138 Tests games with an economy rate of 2.90.
England veteran pacer James Anderson claimed that Virat Kohli is lying if he states that his individual out of flavour form won't be factor in the upcoming five Test match series.
As per reported in NDTV "For India to win here, of course it matters. Virat will be desperate to score runs for his team, as you would expect from the captain and one of the best players in the world," Anderson said.
As per reported in NDTV Anderson cited that "I am sure he (Kohli) is practising hard at certain aspects of his game and that will make the battle between him and not just myself, but him and the rest of our bowlers, a really exciting one.
"A batsman like Virat plays the ball so late that they have got so much time and they make you feel slow as a bowler. It is hard with white or red ball. (But) sometimes when batsmen are trying to be more attacking in white ball cricket than red ball, you might create more chances. Overall it is hard to say" he added.
