Champions Trophy: Yuvraj Singh becomes first player to reach seventh ICC final
With India cruising to the final of the Champions Trophy 2017, Yuvraj Singh has become the first player to qualify for the seventh final of an ICC tournament.
The men-in-blue have will lock horns with arch-enemy Pakistan on 18 June to defend their title.
Apart from sailing to his seventh ICC final, Yuvi also became the fifth Indian player to play 300 One-Day Internationals (ODI).
India's one of the most loved players, Yuvraj Singh has a decorated career as he has become the only player to reach seventh ICC finals. It is a feat that has not been touched by any other cricket great.
Yuvi played his first ODI match in the year 2000 and in his very first tournament India reached to the final of ICC Knockout tournament. He had a dream run in the event as he ended up becoming India’s second highest run-getter with 143 runs in three innings.
