Asian Games 2018: This athelete beats Virat Kohli's Yo-Yo test score and becomes the new fitness hero
Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who is considered as one of world's fittest sports fraternity, has aced the Yo-Yo test.
The former India hockey captain Sardar Singh, who is 4 years elder than Kohli, surpasses the Kohli's score by a long margin to establish himself as the fittest Indian sportsperson
The 32-year veteran, Sardar Singh in the Indian hockey team has now figures to prove that he is much fit and active than Virat Kohli. He beats the Kohli's Yo-Yo test score of 19. His Yo-Yo test score was 21.4.
However the minimum score set by the BCCI is 16.1, the Yo-Yo test score in England and Australia is higher where the players can only qualify if they breach the score of 19.
He was dropped from the national hockey team by the former coach Sjoerd Marijne stating that he lacks speed and fitness.
