Afghani leg spinner Rashid Khan broke this World Record against Bangladesh in first T20I match
Once again he became successful in broking Bangladesh back. Riding on the shoulder of Afghanistan leg spinner Rashid Khan scalped 3 wickets and conceeded 13 runs in just 3 overs, defeated Bangladesh by 45 runs in the first Twenty20 international in Dehradun on Sunday.
Just concluded first T20 international game against Bangladesh he made an historic record, His rise to the top of the ICC T20 rankings and achieved the milestone of becoming the fastest to scalped 50 T20 wickets (in terms of time).Rashid has taken 2 years and 220 days to achieve this feat.
Earlier, the South African spinner Imran Tahir achieved this milestone in 31 game where as SriLankan cricketer Ajantha Mendis scalped a half century of wickets in just 26 games.
Rashid Khan achieved the milestone of becoming the fastest to reach the landmark of 100 ODI wickets during IPL seasons 2018.
Rashid Khan made his debut against Zimbabwe on 26 October 2015.
