Varun Dhawan wraps up his biggest film till date 'Kalank;' co-star Alia Bhatt shares a heart wrenching post
Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt will be always counted as the most hit couple on screen and in the present, they are no doubt a guarantee of box office success. They both have worked together in three films till now, Student Of The Year (2012), Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaia (2014), and Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017) and now they are moving forward to their latest collaboration Kalank.
Their all three films have done great at the box office and now they both have once again collaborated for Abhishek Varman's next film Kalank starring alongside Kalank, the period-drama, also stars Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha in supporting roles. Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan are very good friends as well and since their first film, their friendship has just gone stronger.
Today, Varun Dhawan announced that he has completed the shooting of his portion for Kalank and shared a good message for Alia Bhatt as well. Varun Dhawan wrote, "It’s wrap on #kalank. My biggest film till date and the 4th one with @aliaa08 . We have worked really hard to not let our fans down I’m crazy excited for people to see adi,Sona,madhuri maam, Sanju sir ,Alia Maam and me on the big screeen. Super excited about this one"
While Alia Bhatt also praised the actor and shared that Varun has given so much to his character. Alia Bhatt posted on Instagram, "& it’s a film wrap for Varun on KALANK.. Our 4th film completed together and he still manages to surprise me with his hard work and crazy energy everyday.. Also manages to make me laugh like a crazy person by just being himself.. I can’t can’t can’t wait for you guys to see the stuff he’s done with his character in the film!!!! 🙌💫⭐️ 💃🏻🌞#KALANK"

This is to notice that Kalank is a story set in the backdrop of British India and it will show the struggle of market members in Lahore during Independence time. The film is slated to release on 19th April 2019.
