Varun Dhawan starrer October is real life based story; Marathi filmmaker accuses Shoojit Sircar for copying his film
Recently there is a shocking announcement happened for Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu starrer film October. One hand the film is doing great at the box office whether, on the other hand, it has come to know that this film is a copy of a Marathi film. The Marathi filmmaker has posted a social media post in which he threatens to do legal action against October makers.
Now the social media post of Marathi filmmaker is getting viral on social media when everyone is shocked to know about this revelation and on the other hand, October makers have not replied to it.
Hemal Trivedi named director-editor made allegations of Shoojit Sircar and he says that this film is copied from Marathi film Aarti - The Unknown Love story and this film was released on 18th August 2017. He told that Shoojit Sircar also copied the plot, story, and even the original scenes of the film. October makers never asked for rights and they didn't even do a contact with Sarika the original filmmaker for this film's rights.
Whether on the other side, it told that this film is based on the real-life story of Sarika's brother. Now Sarika is in depression and she was having through suicidal thoughts as she put his whole money to make this film. Now she doesn't have that much money to take a legal action against October makers so Hemal Trivedi is giving support to her.
