Tiger Zinda Hai star Salman Khan reveals why Tubelight tanked at the box office

These days superstar Salman Khan is busy in the promotions of his upcoming movie Tiger Zinda Hai that is releasing on Christmas weekend. Well, Salman Khan is quite confident about the film and he is sure that it will become a good hit at the box office. However, it is needed for Salman Khan also as he has seen a flop this year.

This year on Eid, Salman Khan came with the blockbuster director Kabir Khan, with the most waited film Tubelight but the film got flopped at the box office. It really gave a huge shock to the makers and also to Salman Khan that how the film didn't work on box office and that too on Eid.

Recently Dabangg star talked about Tubelight debacle and he said, "Tubelight was a good film, I make fun of it but it is a good film,"

Salman Khan further added, "Actually Tubelight was a family film and I think and that should not have been released on Eid. It was an emotional film and it was a story of the separation of brothers but people wants to see happiness and action on Eid, not emotional."

Well, the film even didn't get good reviews from the critics and critics criticized the film. The critics even said that it was a failed attempt at films like My Name Is Khan and Koi Mil Gaya. Salman Khan is not that star who is famous for making audience emotional.
