Sushant Singh Rajput death: Know how Pavitra Rishta co-star Ankita Lokhande reacts to suicide news of actor

Sushant Singh Rajput's sudden demise news has left everyone in shock, including his co-actress and ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande.

The 34-year-old actor has committed suicide on Sunday by hanging himself to the ceiling fan.

According to the report in India TV, when they called up Manikarnika actress Ankita Lokhande and informed her about Sushant Singh Rajput death news, she simply replied then ‘What’. She also got a huge shock after listening to the news and hung up the phone.

Just like Ankita Lokhande, the whole country couldn’t believe the news. People have poured condolense messages on social media.

Notably, Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande have worked in Zee TV show Pavitra Rishta and also dated eachother for few years.

Reportedly, Sushant’s servant informed the police after he found his dead body hanging to the ceiling of his room.

Meanwhile, Bandra Police is investigating the matter from all possible angles at his residence in Bandra. However, no suicide note was recovered at his house by the police.

Sushant Singh's dead body has been sent for postmortem.

Recently on June 3, the Chhichhore actor shared his mother photo on Instagram and captioned an emotional post.

He wrote, “Blurred past evaporating from teardrops..Unending dreams carving an arc of smile..And a fleeting life, negotiating between the two...#माँ :heart:”

Notably, his last film was Chhichhore directed by Nitesh Tiwari which was released in September 2019.
