Sonam Kapoor gets trolled after she slams people for bursting crackers during #9pm9Min
On Sunday, India showed the world their unity to fight the Coronavirus by lighting lamps, diyas, candles and torches from their balcony. This initiative was called by PM Modi to challenge the darkness of COVID-19 that is spreading its wings rapidly in the country. From Amitabh Bachchan to Deepika Padukone we saw all the celebs taking part in this event and light diyas and uploading their sparkling pictures on their social media handle to encourage and urge people.
However, there were some people across India who during this event burst the firecrackers. On seeing this Sonam Kapoor took to her Twitter and slammed the people for bursting crackers. She wrote, “People are bursting crackers. Just FYI, They dogs are freaking out. Do people think it’s Diwali? I’m so confused.”
Sonam who is currently in Delhi with her husband Anand Ahujahy added that initially there was complete silence, however, because of some morons who decided to burst crackers, the birds, dogs and the car sirens are freaking with the noise.

Well, this action should be condemned not just in the wake of animals but also for the environment. Since the world is witnessing lockdown the pollution level has gone down by 40-50% and the environment has started breathing. Now during this, if one will burn crackers it will harm the environment and worsen the situation. So in this tough time, we should act wisely and take steps which will help the environment in the future.
