Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor starrer film Sanju is one of the most awaited films of this year. The trailer and promos of the film have already created lots of buzz about the film and Ranbir Kapoor's transformation really have shocked everyone. Ranbir Kapoor has gone through a physical transformation at the different level to play the role of Sanjay Dutt from 20 to 40 years old.
Actually, Ranbir Kapoor is not a gym freak and he has not even supported bodybuilding in his career. The trainer who gave tremendous training to Ranbir Kapoor is the same person who trained Rana Daggubati for his character of Bhalladeva in Baahubali 2.
When Ranbir Kapoor went to meet the trainer he was 70 KG and that time Rajkumar Hirani wanted Ranbir to gain weight more than 10 KG. It was difficult to see Ranbir Kapoor's passion for the gym session but as soon the training got over Ranbir had put on weight 15 KG.

The trainer of Ranbir Kapoor told that as Sanju star needed to put weight through muscles not fat so he needs protein shakes. Ranbir doesn't like to eat much and this is the reason why it is so difficult for Ranbir to follow the diet plans. As it was difficult to follow it so the trainer had to wake up Ranbir at 3 AM in the morning to drink the protein shake.
After the grand success of Race 3, the fans are eagerly waiting for Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju to release in the theatres. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial film Sanju is releasing on 29th June 2018.
