Race 3 Review: Only Salman Khan fans, 'selfish hokar' watch Remo D’Souza's film!
Race 3 Review: Only Salman Khan fans, 'selfish hokar' watch Remo D’Souza's film!
This Friday saw the release of the much awaited and much-talked about film Race 3 which happens to be the third installment of the Race series but this time what was different was the cast as well as the director of the film. The previous films were directed by Abbas and Mustan while this flick is directed by Remo D’Souza.
The main attraction of the film was the cast this time that included many names such as Salman Khan, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Freddy Daruwala in the pivotal roles. The movie got released today and we have listed down everything about the film that you wanted to know about before booking your tickets.
The movie has a plot revolving around the problematic rich family where everyone is running for power and money. The movie gets mixed just from the very beginning of the movie as it has too many players who are on a mission to steal a hard disk from a really high-security vault in a Cambodian bank and it is all done to blackmail the Indian politicians who have their names in the prostitution rings.
Aimless bullets, flying cars, well-timed stunts, dreadful screenplay, terrible dialogues like “Our business is our business. None of your business,” lame acting, and Salman Khan's mysterious character of Sikander and bhai ka action in the film is the only thing you should watch out for which obviously makes it a typical Salman Khan thriller film.
Another thing that we saw in the movie was the comeback of Bobby Deol who played the character of Yash in the film and brought the seriousness in the film and reminded us of the time when we used to love him in thriller movies of the 90s era. But we were disappointed with the fact that Remo definitely did not make the best use of the actors and resources available to him.
The much-awaited Eid release is practically only meant for people who are die-hard Bhaijaan fans and love typical masala films. Our expectations after Race and Race 3 were not be met and we terribly missed Saif Ali Khan. Even Bollywood's superstar, Salman Khan in the film could not win our hearts and we definitely don't want to see such a Race in our life.
Our ratings for the film- 2 stars out of 5
