October Box Office Collection Day 3: Varun Dhawan's film shows double growth at the weekend
Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan's film October has made its place in the hearts of the audience, the film has shown ample growth on weekend Sunday and the overall collection at the box office is now more than 20 crores.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Shoojit Sircar directorial film October got an opening of 5.04 crores on Friday, however, after having a good word of mouth, the film got growth in other weekend days as well. On Saturday the film saw a growth 48.21 percent and collected 7.47 crores.
However, on Sunday there were two big matches of IPL the collection report got affected but still, the film managed to collect 7.74 crores. Now the total box office collection of October stands for 20.25 crores. The film is very good when it comes to content and the content is enough to have a strong audience in the theatres.

If the film gets a decent collection on the weekdays also then it will be able to collect more than 35 crores from its first week. However, the film needs to collect more than 50 crores from the box office to get a tag of a hit. Varun Dhawan who is known for giving back to back hits is once again on the successful run.
