Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger sister dies after long battle with breast cancer
Bollywood’s veteran actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger sister Syama Tamshi Siddiqui passes away at 26 after battling with breast cancer from 8 years. She breathed her last on Saturday in Pune’s hospital. When this news broke out Nawazuddin was busy shooting in America while his brother Faizuddin took the body from Pune to their paternal village Budhana.
Last year Nawaz took to his Twitter handle to thanked her doctor for motivating her during this tough phase. He wrote, “My sister ws diagnosed of advanced stage #breastcancer @ 18 bt it ws her will power & courage dat made her stand agnst all d odds she turns 25 2day & still fighting M thankful 2 Dr.@koppiker & @Lalehbusheri13 fr motivating her & m rly grateful 2 @resulp Sir fr introducng me 2 dem.” As per reports when Syama was 18 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and since then she had been battling the disease. On Sunday her family will hold last rites at 8 am, as per reports.
On the work front, Nawaz was recently seen Motichoor Chaknachoor alongside Sunil Shetty’s daughter Athiya. While his upcoming film Bole Chudiyan is all set to release next year.
