In a recent interview to SpotBoyE, Mallika Sherawat revealed that she lost many roles just because she was hero's girlfriend. She told that in the industry most of the producer-director and actors want to work with their girlfriend. This has made her away from many Bollywood projects.

Mallika here also opened up on MeToo campaign, she told that I was never asked for any sexual demand but maybe because she was a bold personality. Nobody was that much brave to ask me something like it. MeToo campaign is a very positive step and it has helped the women for safe at the workplace. This has made everyone responsible at the workplace.
