Punjabi superstar Gippy will be seen with Farhan Akhtar in his next Bollywood film

 Punjabi superstar Gippy Grewal will soon be seen in Ranjit Tiwari's Lucknow Central produced by Nikhil Advani. The actor is playing one of jail inmates in the film. The story revolves around a group of jail inmates, who form a music band in the jail. The film stars Diana Penty in lead and she plays the role of NGO worker who helps them. The first schedule of the film took place in Lucknow and rest of the shoot took place in Mumbai.  Gippy plays a Punjabi person and it one of important parts of the film; he said to have also worked on his body.

 In the past Gippy made his Bollywood debut with Second Hand Husband. He has also sung songs in Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone’s Cocktail and recently Khulke Dulke in Adiya Chopra’s Befirke, which starred Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor.

 Gippy is currently enjoying the success of his latest Punjabi film Manje Bistre.
