ELKDTAL actress Sonam Kapoor finally opens up on her casting in 'Munnabhai 3'

Recently there were the reports that Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga actress Sonam Kapoor has been signed for the leading lady role in Rajkumar Hirani's next film Munna Bhai series. According to a media report, the producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra has been quite impressed with Sonam's performance in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga that he is planning to cast her in Munna Bhai 3 as well.

One close source told Bollywood Hungama, "Sonam in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga reminds Vinod Chopra of Manisha Koirala in 1942: A Love Story (the 1994 film produced by Vinod Chopra starring Sonam’s father Anil Kapoor). He is completely in favour of casting Sonam in the next Munnabhai film."

Now, these days Sonam is busy in the promotions of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, she was asked about the same. Sonam totally rubbished all these kind of reports and she said she has only one condition to do Munna Bhai series if it will be made as Munni Behen.

Meanwhile, Sonam Kapoor for the first time has shared the screen with her father Anil Kapoor in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, directed by Shelly Dhar Chopra. The film also stars Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla in the leading roles.
