Chhapaak Box Office Collection Day 3: Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey starrer at lumbering pace; yet to collect 20 crore
Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey starrer witnessed a spike in its collection on Sunday after witnessing slow collection on Friday and Saturday. The film which released on 10th January has earned Rs 4.77 crore on Friday and Rs 6.90 crore on Saturday with the total amount settling at Rs 11.67 crore.
As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has collected Rs 7.35 crore on Sunday with the total amount settling at 19.02 crore.
Before the release of the film Deepika showed up at JNU campus to express solidarity, however, it turned the tables as right-wingers started opposing her and boycotted her film giving space to Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan’s Tanhaji and Rajnikanth’s Darbar. And this can be the reason why the film’s collection is a snail pace.
