Bharat: This actor related to Tere Naam to collaborate with Salman Khan after 15 years for Ali Abbas Zafar's film

The popular filmmaker-actor Satish Kaushik directed the most memorable film of Salman Khan's career, Tere Naam. The film really turned out a super hit at the box office and it helped the actor to get a revive in his career. After that, Satish Kaushik had not worked with him till now, although he did an appearance in Rumi Jaffery directorial film God Tussi Great Ho (2008).

However, there are recent reports that Satish Kaushik will join Salman Khan in Ali Abbas Zafar directorial film Bharat, slated to release on Eid 2019. Satish Kaushik informed that Ali Abbas Zafar was his junior at Delhi University's Kirori Mal College.

“I play a merchant navy officer and will appear in an important sequence in the period drama. It’s a small but significant, quirky character with funny elements. We were active in the theatre and the dramatics circuit at the time and during the shoot we would often reminisce about those days. When he offered me this part of a captain of the ship, I immediately took it on.” Satish Kaushik told Mumbai Mirror.

On the other hand, Satish Kaushik is also planning to make a comeback as a director with his next film Kaagaz starring Mirzapur star Pankaj Tripathi. Even it was a coincidence that both the actors Salman and Satish Kaushik were shooting at the same place in Malta.
