Dinesh Vijan said, 'After seeing the success of Hindi Medium now we will make a sequel to it. The characters of Irrfan Khan, Saba Qamar, Deepak Dobriyal, and their daughter are very amazing so we have decided to take forward the story taking these characters in lead.'

Dinesh further added, 'Actually it is Irrfan Khan's idea to take forward the story of Hindi Medium and he suggested me to make a sequel to it. I liked his idea. After the release of Raabta, we will work on Hindi Medium's sequel. As the name of the film is Hindi Medium, so we will raise the issue related to Hindi in the country. '
