After Ranveer Singh in Padmavati, Kapil Sharma to play negative role in this film
It looks like that Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has made a trend in the industry once again of playing leading villain in the films. According to the current reports, Kapil Sharma is going to play a negative role in the next film, after Firangi. This is surely going to be a risky step for Kapil Sharma in his career.
Kapil Shama in a recent interview told people always thought that I only can do the comedy in acting but there is a lot of more to show from me to the audience. So after the release of Firangi, I have much more to show the people.
He further added, "when I started in the 2007 Great Indian Laughter Challenge, I was not a standup comedian, I was a theatre artist but I tried it and it worked. I was doing many emotional and romantic plays during my theatre days but as I got an identity as a comedian so I focused mainly on this context."
