After Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh actor Shahid Kapoor to do remake of another Telugu blockbuster Jersey

The Hindi remake of Telugu superhit film Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh is also doing good at the box office and the film has turned out Shahid Kapoor's biggest solo hit. Shahid Kapoor fans are all appreciating for the leading actor and the film. The film is still doing good in the weekdays as well and it will easily enter 100 crore club.

Well, we have good news for Shahid Kapoor fans as according to media reports, Shahid Kapoor is going to star in another Telugu blockbuster's Hindi remake. Reports are that popular filmmaker and producer Karan Johar has bought the rights of recently released Telugu film Jersey. Karan Johar is planning to produce the Hindi version of Jersey and it all happened after seeing the success of Kabir Singh.

Telugu star Nani starring Jersey is all set to be made in Hindi as well and recently, the director Gowtham Tinnauniri met Karan Johar to discuss Hindi version also. Both director and producer have signed agreement on Sunday and it is also confirmed that Gowtham will direct Hindi version also. However, the latest buzz is that the success of Kabir Singh, Karan Johar is keen to cast Shahid in Jersey as well.

Let us tell you that Jersey was a Sports-Drama based on cricket. In Jersey, Nani played a cricketer who struggles to enter in the national team. The film set in the backdrop after 1983 World Cup win.
