Aankhen 2: Saif Ali Khan to star along with Amitabh Bachchan, Jacquline Fernandes in the sequel

2002 hit or we should say thriller film Aakhen which starred Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Arjun Rampal, the movie about three blind men who went on to rob several banks. There are reports that Anees Bazmee is making the sequel of this cult film Aankhen 2 and as per the reports he has already signed Amitabh Bachchan for the film while he is looking for the remaining star cast.

Anees who is busy filming his upcoming film Pagalpanti has made the script with five characters this time. For two roles he has approached Saif Ali Khan and Jacqueline Fernandes, Anees wanted to cast Saif Ali Khan in one of the roles as he is experienced in such thriller films and with this experience he can ace the role. As soon as he heard the script Saif immediately said ‘yes’ for the movie as he liked the script, he will be portraying the role of Akshay Kumar that he played in the original film Aankhen.

Meanwhile, Saif will be seen in the second part of the web series Sacred Games, apart from this he will be seen in periodical film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior in an antagonist role, the movie also stars Ajay Devgn and Kajol. After many years this movie will mark Kajol and Ajay together on silver screen. The movie is slated to release on 10th January 2020.
