‘War with Ukraine is a crime’: Russian pilot says while addressing passengers; video goes viral
Amid Russia and Ukraine conflict, many people have come out forward to speak against Russian forces for their attack on Ukraine. The tensions between the two countries have killed hundreds of people.
In the midst of the war, a clip has gone viral on social media wherein a Russian pilot is seen slamming his country’s army for an invasion of Ukraine.

In the video, the pilot can be heard addressing his passengers mid-flight and sharing his opinion on the ongoing war between two countries.
He said that the war with Ukraine is a ‘crime’.

The video was shared on the official Twitter account of Ukrainian diplomat Olexander Scherba along with a translated caption, “Ladies and gentlemen, here is your captain speaking. Welcome to Antalya. Thank you for flying with “Pobeda”. Also, from me personally: the war with Ukraine is a crime...”
Scherba also called the pilot brave for his statements.
In the video, the Russian pilot also said, “I think each sensible citizen will agree with me and will do everything to make it.”
For his bold statement, passengers also applauded him.
While switching to English in the clip, the pilot can be heard saying, “Dear customers, this is your captain speaking. I’m speaking on behalf of myself and not as a representative of the airlines. I think the war in Ukraine is a crime. We should not continue this war and stop it immediately. Don’t create this bloodshed. Thank you for your time.”
Meanwhile, the video has garnered over 3 lakh views on social media. Netizens are also hailing him for coming out in support of Ukraine.
