'Stop Playing PUBG': Cyber Crime gives warning to YouTuber ‘Toxic Madan’ fans under the age of 18

An infamous YouTuber from Chennai, ‘Toxic Madan’ got arrested on June 18 June by the special team after absconding for 4 days. A day after remanding Toxic Madan till July 3, the Central Crime Branch has blocked all the YouTube channels of Madan Kumar and also removed all his videos.

Madan’s online gaming videos are popular among youngsters, however, he used obscene language in his online gaming channels.

Meanwhile, the Crime Branch has released a warning for his fans and supporters on Madan’s page itself.

“Stop playing PUBG & Concentrate on School Subjects- Study well," read the post’s description. Also, the cover picture of the channel has been changed to ‘CHANNEL BLOCKED- Chennai Cyber Crime’.

The message of Cyber Crime has gone viral on social media. Netizens are also hailing them.

Earlier, Madan’s wife Kruthika was also nabbed in Salem on June 16 as she was also complicit in Madan’s crime and has been remanded in judicial custody till June 30.

YouTuber Madan also filed an anticipatory bail plea which was rejected by Madras High Court on June 17. Also, police have seized two luxury cars and his bank accounts worth Rs 4 crores were also frozen.

For the past week, netizens were demanding to take stringent action against Madan and his wife. However, Madan got arrested on June 18 and he was taken to Chennai Police Commissioner’s Office post-arrest.

During the investigation, it was revealed that YouTuber earns more than 10 lakh a month through his online gaming videos which contain abusive language. By releasing PUBG videos, he bought two luxury cars worth Rs 2 crore, two luxury bungalows, and also built two houses in Chennai’s Perungalathur. On the other hand, the investigation also revealed that it was his wife Kruthika behind the woman’s voice talking vulgar language on the videos.
