Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, fast food workers have been working under a lot of pressure. They have to deal with a large number of customers every day and also have to assure the good service to their customers. Sometimes customers didn’t satisfy with the services of the service providers then they have to face criticism as well. One such video surfaced on the Internet wherein a fast-food employee had indulged in a heated argument with a complaining customer.

The video of the incident also went viral on social media.

In the video, the fast-food worker in Baltimore, the US can be seen arguing with a customer who was complaining about his order being delayed.

The incident reportedly took place on August 1 at a Chipotle branch on Charles Street.

The customer identified as Atony Evans, who was unhappy with the services and had complained about his delayed order.

Reportedly, Evans ordered his food via online mode and had to wait an extra 30 minutes before the food was served. Due to this, Evans got annoyed with the services and he approached the counter staff and asked to speak to the manager about the delay.

However, a woman at the counter, purporting to be the manager, started arguing with the customer.

"You messed out my order and then I come and I complain and you just kept ignorant," Evans said. He further told the woman that he is going to upload the video on Facebook, the woman again shouted at him.

The woman kept on shouting at the man. After a few seconds of heated arguments, the woman threw the pair of scissors at the customer from the counter.

After the woman’s rude behavior, the man said that he will be calling the cops.

"Now I am calling the police. She assaulted me and you all saw it," the customer said.

As per reports, the Baltimore City Police Department has launched an investigation into the incident.
