Kid dodges security, runs towards Ronaldo; watch what happens next

A video of a kid running towards Cristiano Ronaldo after dodging the security guards is doing rounds on social media. The heartwarming clip was shared on Twitter by a fan account - The CR7 Timeline.

In the 47-second clip, a little boy, wearing a CR7 jersey, can be seen running towards the Portugal star and hugging him. The footballer hugs the toddler back and takes him onto the team bus to meet the other Manchester United players.

Since being shared, the video clip has accumulated more than 236,000 views and over 11,8000 likes.

Before the football match, the Manchester United team bus was leaving Chisinau, the capital city of Moldova, when the toddler dashed past security to meet the legendary footballer.

The Portuguese superstar received glowing reviews on social media for his generous gesture.
