Kerala: 8-year-old boy files complaint against his sister and 4 girls; know why

Police have received a bizarre complaint from an eight-year-old boy, who asked to arrest his elder sister and four other girls.

He alleged that her sister and other girls have bullied him and also not playing with him during the COVID-19 lockdown.

The child name Umar Nidar told police on Monday that ‘they are making fun of me because I am a boy. They are not allowing me to play ludo, shuttle (badminton), Police and Thief game with them.”

However, the innocent boy approached the police after his father humorously asked him to lodge a police complaint against five girls.

Nidar was annoyed at not being able to join his friends and unable to play with them due to the lockdown.

After hearing his complaint, Civil police officers UP Umesh and KT Niraz of Kasba Police station visited the house of Nidar and asked girls to take him along, resolved the matter.

The third standard student had written the complaint in English and handed over to the two police officials.

Nidar said to Umesh and Niraz: "I have a complaint", The policemen assured the boy that they would visit his house the next day to solve his problem.

The two officers reached Nidar’s house and solved the matter by advising girls to include Nidar while playing the game.

On the other hand, Nidar’s elder sister was surprised as she never thought that he would hand over a complaint against them.
