Bizarre! Woman passenger forced to sit in her own urine for 7 hours after cabin crew denied to use toilet

A wicked incident took place in an Air Canada flight last month where a 26-year-old woman was suffered a lot due to the behavior of cabin crew.

As per the international media reports, an Irish woman was forced to sit in her own urine for 7 hours who was flying back to Dublin from Bogota in Columbia. She was on the first leg on her flight when the incident occurred.

According to the statement of woman, the flight was delayed for two hours and when she asked to use the washroom, the flight was still on the ground. But, the cabin crew denied her to access the lavatory.

In an interview to Dublin Live, the 26-year-old year lady said: “I asked four times over two hours if I could use the toilet and told a cabin crew member that it was an emergency and I was going to have an accident if they didn't let me use the toilet.”

“I was aggressively told to go to my seat and denied access to the bathroom, eventually I had an accident. On one of the many occasions when I asked to use the bathroom, I got out of my seat while the aircraft was still stationary and walked towards the toilet,” the woman told.

She further added that “I was aggressively told by who I assume was the head crew member to get back in my seat. I explained I had asked on several occasions to use the toilet and feared I was going to have an accident that I had already waited as long as I could but the plane wasn't taking off or taxing.”

Later, she was forced to sit on her seat in her urine for her entire journey.

After landed in Toronto, she had to book a room to take a shower and change her clothes.

The woman told about the humiliation by the airline's staff that she has gone through.

The distraught lady added, “When I was leaving the plane I looked for the different crew members who I had asked to use the toilet to let them know how disgusted I was at how they treated me but they had cowardly hid at the back of the plane.”

Later, she filed a complaint about the behavior of the cabin crew to the airlines after she landed back home.

She recieved the reply for the airlines that other passengers had been allowed to use the toilet elsewhere on the same flight while the plane was waiting to take off.

Also, the company offered her a $500 voucher as a compensation for her future flights with the airline, but the woman refused to take it and said she had been insulted by the attempted olive-branch. Also, clarified that she will not use the airline again.

"I don’t think it’s good enough that the cabin crew got away with nor is it good enough that I was compensated with a voucher I can only use on Air Canada and not their partners, so I will never use it," the woman said.
