The city of London came to a standstill as thousands of protestors flooded the streets, who voiced their opinion against the US President Donald Trump's visit to the United Kingdom.
Initially, only 10,000 were expected to show up, but ultimately 250,000 people gathered for the protest, as per The Hollywood Reporter.
The protest gained momentum in several parts of central London after the successful launch of a 'Trump Baby' balloon on the second day of Donald Trump's maiden four-day U.K. visit.
The demonstration included a women's march against Trump.
Oscar winner Mark Rylance took part in the protest.
Earlier in the day, the 'Trump Baby', a 20-foot-tall helium-filled blimp depicting Trump as an angry orange baby, soared around 100 feet above the city's Parliament Square.
London mayor Sadiq Khan has personally been attacked by Trump over Twitter, for allowing the blimp to fly.
Trump, who acknowledged the protests, said "I used to love London as a city. I haven't been there in a long time," he said.
"But when they make you feel unwelcome, why would I stay there?" he added.
