Mandana Karimi brutally trolled for twerking in burqa [Watch]

Mandana Karimi, who was last seen in Ekta Kapoor's reality show Lock Upp, recently faced a lot of adverse reactions for one of the videos she shared on her Instagram handle, wherein she can been seen twerking wearing a burqa. Her post angered many people who asked her not to disrespect the hijab. Well, the actress has finally responded to the trolling now.

The Big Boss fame has eventually responded to the backlash she met after she posted the clip. Her video angered many netizens. Many criticised her for 'disrespecting' the hijab. Soon after Mandana uploaded her video, it went viral on the internet. Taking to Instagram on 20th June, Mandana acknowledged the trolling coming her way, and wrote, "And of course reading comments on my burka reel. DAMN people are crazy, this is a crazy (globe emoji, indicating world). I'm done I wanna be a (unicorn emoji)."

Not long ago, Mandana shared a BTS clip from her shoot in Instanbul. In the video, the actress is seen twerking and dancing while wearing a burqa. She shared the clip while dancing to the tunes of The Beatnuts' Se Acabo Remix at a clothing shop. Along with the video, Mandana wrote, "I wish shooting with hijab was as easy as this BTS NO HATES just bunch of people making a film .. #istanbul #hijab."
