Karan Mehra shares explosive details about ex-wife Nisha Rawal's extra-marital affair

In 2021, Television couple Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal dominated the headline as they went separate way. The estranged couple hit back with explosive statements against one another. While Nisha had earlier held a press conference to accuse Karan of cheating on her, the actor has now come out with his side of the story.

Karan Mehra held a press conference in Mumbai on 4th August where he made shocking revelations about his ex-wife Nisha Rawal. The actor spoke at length about Nisha and alleged that she is in a relationship and living with her paramour.

Karan Mehra revealed that,"Nisha is dating a man named Rohit Satia. He has been around with us since a long time. He posed as Nisha’s rakhi brother and also performed her kanyadaan and I could never think that something like this would conspire between them. He is staying at my house with Nisha and my little son is present in the same which is morally questionable at many levels.”

Furthermore, the actor also said that he and his family members are getting death threats from unknown people. He added that he has already lodged a police complaint via email in the matter. The actor said, "I have been getting death threats from ‘no caller ID numbers’. I usually avoid answering such calls. But the other day the phone rang while I was resting and I answered without checking who’s calling and received a death threat. My mother, father and Kunal are also getting death threats which is very disturbing."

Karan Mehra added, "In November, before Diwali, I went with my bankers for the car and get my basic stuff. I was living life out of one suitcase from June-November. I just had 4 t-shirts. I didn’t even buy anything because I wanted to remind myself of what I was going through. They once again physically assaulted me. They didn’t allow me to meet my son. Rohit S questioned me that who have me permission to enter the house and if I had court orders. Imagine, I was questioned for entering my own house."

"In May, Nisha Rawal, Rohit Sethia and Laxmi Rawat conspired against me and false cases were filed against me. They made false accusations, threw me out of the house, and physically assaulted me. I was recovering from Covid-19 and I was sleeping when they barged in. Laxmi was recording the video to see if I reacted when he was hitting me. But I never hit back. And I wonder why that video didn't come out? It is clearly seen who was hitting whom. It was a staged set. He physically assaulted me under the pretext of being Nisha’s brother," Karan said.

Nisha Rawal had earlier registered a complaint against Karan Mehra at Goregoan Police Station, following which the actor was arrested onn 31st May, 2021. Karan was out on bail soon.

Karan also alleged that he was framed by Nisha and her brother, Rohit Sethiya.

Talking to IndiaToday, Karan Mehra, said, "It is sad that after so many years of marriage this happened. We have been discussing this for the last one month because things have been a bit strange between us for a long time. So, we were thinking that if we should part ways or what should we do. So we were trying to fix things."

Later, while talking to the media, Nisha Rawal revealed that Karan was in an illicit affair and also accused him of domestic violence. According to Nisha, the girl is from Delhi and affair began when Karan was shooting in Chandigarh for his TV show.
